A permanent search starts with a proper brief: the role, the team it sits in, the salary band and what a good first year looks like. We then approach candidates directly rather than relying on advertising alone, screen them against the brief, and present a short list with notes on each person.

Terms, including the fee and the rebate period, are agreed in writing before any work starts.

For projects with a set timescale or a specialist skill gap, we supply interim, fixed-term and freelance professionals. Contractors are engaged on clear terms, with IR35 status assessed and documented where it applies.

For contract placements we handle right-to-work checks, references, contracts, timesheets and payment, so the hiring manager deals with one point of contact.

Leadership and director-level appointments are run as a retained, confidential search: a defined long list, direct approaches, structured interviews and a shortlist with references taken before offer.
