Too much recruitment runs on volume: a job is posted, CVs are forwarded, and the hiring manager does the filtering. We work the other way round. We take a proper brief, go and find the right people, and put forward a short list we can stand behind.
We specialise in technology and digital roles: Software Engineering, Product, Data and Analytics, AI, CRM and Marketing Technology, Marketing, Sales and Client Services, up to director level. Our clients range from early-stage companies making their first technical hires to established businesses scaling a team.
Each brief is owned by one consultant from start to finish, so clients and candidates always know who they are dealing with and never have to repeat themselves.

How we work
We take a proper brief before we search, agree terms in writing, and keep both sides informed after every stage. Candidates are only put forward with their permission, and clients only see people who have been spoken to first.
